1) Placing An Order

1.1 How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply email us @ piecesofcolour@gmail.com, the following information:

1. Member number (not required if you are ordering for the first time)
2. Purchase Item code
3. Quantity
4. Remarks (if any)

If this is the first time you are ordering, please include the following information so that we could keep as records:

1. Name
2. Gender
3. Birthday
   
4. Mailing Address
5. Email address
6. Contact Number
7. How did you get to know POC?
   
8. Remarks (if any)
9. Do you wish to receive any notification(s) from us if there are new arrivals?(Y/N)

If you are not a first timer but you are mailing us from another email address, do let us know so that we will not have duplicate information.


2) Postage

2.1 How much does it cost for local postage?

For apparels and accessories, local postage for normal mail costs $0.50 to $1.50 per item, depending of the weight of the item.
Registered mail costs an additional $2.30 in addition to the cost of normal mail. All prices quoted are in SGD.

2.2 What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?

Normal mail is just regular standard mail sent via SingPost Postal Services. No extra charges are incurred aside from the local postage costs.

Registered mail articles are registered at any of the SingPost Office Branches. Each registered article is issued with a Registered Article (RA) Number which enables the buyer/seller to verify or track down the status of the article in the event it has not arrived.

The RA Number can be found on the posting receipt that is issued by the Post Office. It is a 9 digit number that begins with RR and ends with SG.

Registered mail items will be delivered to your doorstep and requires verification through signature. If you are not at home another member of your family may collect the article on your behalf.

Registered mail usually costs an extra $2.30 in addition to the cost of normal postage. Registered mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

If you have opted for registered mail with POC, you can request for a copy of the posting receipt or the RA Number to check the status of your parcel. Simply write in to us at piecesofcolour@gmail.com.

2.2How long would it take for the item(s) to reach me?

Once payment is received, we will sent out your order. Therefore, you should be able to receive your order within a
week after receiving confirmation of payment from us. Please rest assured that you will be informed once we've mailed
your item(s), as well as in the event of delays.

2.3 What if I did not receive my order?

Your order might be lost half-way. Though we are not reliable for the lost, we will check for you the status of your
item. For prevention of such lost, we suggest registered mail.

3) Payment

3.1 What forms of payment are accepted?

POC only accept POSB/DBS payment mode via:

Funds Transfer - POSB / DBS

You can do the transfer over any POSB/DBS ATM machines. Alternatively, you can make an online transfer via I-Banking.

3.2 When must payment be made?

Payment is to be made to the quoted bank account within 48 hours once you receive the confirmation email on your orders from POC.

3.3 How do I know which account to make payment to?

Once POC has sent you a confirmation e-mail on your orders, we will issue you the payment details (i.e. amount payable, account number payable to, when to make payment by) together with instructions on what to do after payment has been made.

3.4 I have purchased something from POC before - should I make payment to the same account number as I did previously?

Oh please don't! Please only make payment to the current account number that POC states you should pay to at the point of purchase. Always reconfirm!

4) Purchase priority

4.1 I am interested in buying one of POC products, but I've noted that there are other buyers who have also stated their interest for the item. How to I ensure that I get to purchase that item eventually?

POC practice a first-come-first-serve basis for all our valued customers. Hence if you are the first to place your orders with us, the items would belong to you. But if no payment is received upon receivable of confirmation within 48 hours, the items would automatically be back for sale or given to purchase for another interested buyer.

5) Return and Exchange

5.1 Why am I not able to exchange or return my purchase?

We’re sorry, but for returning or exchanging of products would have to meet the policies terms and conditions stated. Please read the policies through and we seek for your understanding.

5.2 How do I return or exchange the products if it fits the T&Cs?

Please take a clear picture of the defective product and mail it to piecesofcolour@gmail.com with the relevant concerns. We will then review and see if an exchange or refund would applicable.


6) Products

6.1 Where is your products from?

Our products are imported from overseas.

6.2 How do I know the material of the product?

The material of the product is normally stated at the information box located right at the bottom of the particular
product page.


7) Others

7.1 Do you do meet-ups?

Yes, meet-ups are available. Do let us know if you wish to have meet-ups instead of posting your order so that we could make plans with you. There will be no extra charges for meet ups. However, we only do meet ups at certain location. Currently, we do meet ups at Tampines, Seng Kang, Hougang. Do let us know if you wish to meet up at other places and we would see if it is convenient for us.

7.2 How can I be informed of all your latest updates?

Simply join our mailing list which you can find at the left side of the blog or by mailing your name and email to piecesofcolour@gmail.com. You will hence be automatically informed of all our latest updates via email. Do indicate in the mail that you wish to join the mailing list though ;)
