Delivery


We are offering 2 different methods of delivering your order. One is to deliver through Singpost and the other is to meet up.
Following are additional information for the individual method.

Meet ups

Customers are able to request for meet ups. There are 2 forms of meet ups. One is a mass meet up and the other is individual meet ups. The form of meet ups is based on the time and location for the deliveries. We do not charge for any meet ups. However, we only do meet ups at at Tampines, Seng Kang, Hougang. Do let us know if you wish to meet up at other places and we would see if it is convenient for us.

Singpost Delivery

For apparels and accessories, local postage for normal mail costs $0.50 to $1.50 per item, depending of the weight of the item.
Registered mail costs an additional $2.30 in addition to the cost of normal mail. All prices quoted are in SGD.

The difference between normal mail and registered mail is that
normal mail is just regular standard mail sent via SingPost Postal Services. No extra charges are incurred aside from the local postage costs.
Registered mail articles are registered at any of the SingPost Office Branches. Each registered article is issued with a Registered Article (RA) Number which enables the buyer/seller to verify or track down the status of the article in the event it has not arrived.

The RA Number can be found on the posting receipt that is issued by the Post Office. It is a 9 digit number that begins with RR and ends with SG.
Registered mail items will be delivered to your doorstep and requires verification through signature. If you are not at home another member of your family may collect the article on your behalf.
Registered mail usually costs an extra $2.30 in addition to the cost of normal postage. Registered mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

If you have opted for registered mail, you can request for a copy of the posting receipt or the RA Number to check the status of your parcel. Simply write in to us at piecesofcolour@gmail.com.

Once payment is received, we will sent out your order. Therefore, you should be able to receive your order within a week after receiving confirmation of payment from us. Please rest assured that you will be informed once we've mailed your item(s), as well as in the event of delays.

If you did not receive your order, it could means that your order might be lost half-way. Though we are not reliable for the lost, we will check for you the status of your item. For prevention of such lost, we suggest registered mail.
